What is AvConnect?
AvConnect is a comprehensive solution designed to manage every aspect of your flying, from pilot logbooks and aircraft maintenance tracking to business / personal use hours, partnership splits and tax accounting. Designed by pilots for pilots, AvConnect takes the paperwork out of your flying and keeps every record in one secure location. AvConnect Mobile for the iPhone and iTouch is a dedicated application that allows you to manage your online account right from your phone. Work online in real time or work offline and AvConnect will automatically synchronize any new information with your web account when a network is available.

How does it work?
Pilot records:
Each time you file a flight plan, your information is automatically downloaded from the ATC. Verify your flight details, and AvConnect does the rest. Currencies are tracked, including flight reviews, medical expiration, IFR currency, passenger and nighttime currency. Receive email reminders prior to each expiration. Your hours in each type of aircraft are also tracked.

Aircraft maintenance:
AvConnect knows which maintenance schedule, service bulletins and ADs apply to your specific aircraft. New ADs and service bulletins are sent to you via email as soon as they are in effect. AvConnect provides a full history of a specific maintenance requirement, a PDF of the service bulletin, and shows which aircraft models and serial numbers are affected. Official logbook stickers are captured electronically after maintenance, archived and placed in your permanent aircraft records.
Opt to allow your service center access to your maintenance history, and eliminate the need to transfer any information manually. Schedule service with your mechanic directly or your service center can view your complete maintenance history and squawk list and schedule your maintenance in advance.

Flight expenses / partnership splits:
AvConnect captures all flight-related expenses and categorizes them for accurate tax reconciliation. From fuel purchases to parking / tie-down fees and travel related or off-airport expenses, all costs are tracked and the purpose of each. Partnership expenses are tracked by each owner or pilot separately and are shared in real time.
A complete tax expense summary is available by category and by partner.
A partnership summary is also available, broken down by hours and expenses incurred by each partner.

PDF reports:
Professional quality PDF reports are available to archive with your aircraft records. View and print a year or month- end detailed owner / operator report. View utilization graphs, personal vs. business use hours, expense detail report, and pilot logbook reports.
